Your paper, your data.
iPaper.ai stores the material needed to create and deliver your interactive paper. This page describes the current service.
What we keep
- Your email, secure sign-in records, draft versions, uploaded paper or retrieved source, generated files, and your review instructions.
- Feedback and an optional reply address, visible to the iPaper.ai team.
- Aggregate visits and paper opens, campaign labels, and creation outcomes. These counts do not contain your email, full browsing URL, or a persistent visitor identifier. Measurement records are retained for up to 90 days.
Private drafts and public links
New drafts stay private until you approve a version for publication. Secure email links and browser cookies provide access to your drafts; keep those links private. Published experiences and their source attribution can be read and shared by anyone. Older demonstration papers are also public.
How your paper is processed
Paper text, figures, and your instructions are processed by the generation tools and AI providers used by iPaper.ai. Hosting, storage, and transactional email providers help us run the service. Upload material only when you have permission to use it, and leave out confidential or sensitive information.
Cookies and measurement
Cookies keep you signed in and maintain access to your drafts. Optional page counts use temporary browser session storage to avoid counting a reload twice. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control for these counts. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Each new paper records your email address. An address entered without signing in stays unverified and does not receive draft emails. Verified email access enables secure access and draft notifications. Feedback follow-ups are optional; their emails include an unsubscribe link.
Removal and questions
To request removal of your account, uploaded source, draft, or public experience, send feedback below with the relevant iPaper.ai link and a reply address. Say what you would like removed. We may need to verify ownership before acting. Please do not send passwords or secure sign-in links.
Paper and account records remain stored until removed; there is no automatic deletion deadline for them. Removing a public page cannot recall copies or cached previews already shared elsewhere.
